Description
Annual sales graphics, on-hand quantities - all the information you need at your fingertips to make informed decisions when creating purchase orders. Maximize sales, minimize inventory carrying costs, and improve cash flow!
Create new purchase orders surrounded by an up-to-date sales analysis.
The list below the purchase order combines the key sales performance indicators for each item (sales last twelve months, sales last quarter, etc.) with critical current data like quantity on hand and quantity on order to give you the overall status at a glance. The graph to the right of the purchase order charts monthly sales. Filter items in the list to locate the item you wish to order using one of four scopes ranging from target quantities for this vendor to all active items. A running total cost is summed in the border below the purchase quantities selected.
Select an item to drill down to its sales details
Fields above the “Cancel” link detail order data like vendor name, item description and units of measure, if applicable. If you are editing an item that is already in the order, the current order quantity is listed and you can add to it. The graph to the right of the quantity field charts monthly sales of this item.
PurchaseTP remembers your context
If you are called away to a more pressing problem or if you simply want to leave a purchase order in-progress and finish it later, PurchaseTP will remember where you were and return you to that spot. Context is retained for each purchasing agent separately. Each purchasing agent can have one purchase order in progress for each vendor. When an existing context is selected, the purchasing agent always has the option to continue or start fresh.
Use keywords to analyze your sales
With the Desc switch set, enter keywords to analyze your sales by brand name or other data embedded in the sales description field. In this case, the user filters on a brand name "fantastix" to analyze sales of these products over the past year. If product hierarchy is built into your item names, clear the Desc switch and enter keywords to filter against the item names.
