LTL Functionality Not Ready for Prime-Time Yet
We have been looking for an integrated LTL shipping platform that would integrate with QB Enterprise. We thought we had found the answer with AgileShip, but unfortunately they in the early stages of development. Many standard LTL shipping features found on other broker/shipping websites were not available with Agile yet. The number of LTL carriers was very limited. The time savings we would get from Agile, by not having to re-enter the shipping address and enter the freight costs back into the invoice in QB, did not make up for the extra time required to deal with all the work-arounds in order to make AgileShip work for us. The idea is good and hopefully they'll get there. Like many other small manufacturers, we are still waiting for someone to develop a great LTL broker quote system, with lots of functionality that integrates in both directions with QuickBooks.

Poor customer service
I tried out this service for primarily one reason: I had hoped to combine processing my parcel and LTL shipments on one system. I had hoped to save money and make it easier, but for me accessing one system alone would have saved me enough time to justify switching systems. After haggling to finally get the system to work like it should, I never got LTL to work. They never activated that module. I was also promised better LTL rates than I currently had, but after sending them some freight bills to get a better rate, they refused to get back to me. I made some phone calls and then they just finally ignored me for good.

- Can I start using the app right away?
- While you can access AgileShip SE in demo mode (with fake rates and labels), you will not be able to access real shipping services in the app until you set up your carrier accounts with us. So don't waste any of your free trial and get shipping today!
- What carrier services do you support?
- Everything, and probably a bunch you've never heard of. UPS, FedEx, DYMO | Endicia, DHL, and thousands of LTL carriers nationwide via freight brokers. Call us and ask if you're looking for a specific carrier, or try the app free for 30 days and we'll tell you which LTL carriers you should be using to save money!
- Do you support thermal label printers and/or scales?
- Yes we do! You'll need to have recent versions of Windows and Internet Explorer to use our peripheral plugin.
- What are the requirements?
- If you wish to use parcel services through the app, you will need to have an existing FedEx and/or UPS account. We can get you set up with pretty much anything else, including Mail. If you can access Intuit App Center from a web browser, you can use AgileShip SE.
