[11/05/2009]  ExpenseWare is quick and easy to use but has very advanced features such as invoicing that were overkill for me. Doing my expense reports was simple though I had to spend a little time setting up the QuickBooks integration initially. Got good support from Help Desk! I believe the QuickBooks integration process has since been automated.

Why do I need ExpenseWare if my current expense management process works using Excel spreadsheet?

What can you tell me about security and storing sensitive data?

SSL encryption and SAML 2.0 security are deployed. In addition, only transactional data is handled such as amounts, dates, and categories. No credit card numbers or other sensitive data are stored.
