Central Desktop is a critical tool for us and it does what it says on the tin and it lets us do the same. Central Desktop project management features allows us to evidence our ability to meet tight deadlines and resultant expectations. Furthermore the document management features let us track delivery and acceptance as well as ensure that client supplied material is kept secure, in accordance with the terms of non disclosure agreements that we must adhere to. Document sharing, and, more important, document updating can be easily accomplished without messing up the previous contents. Anything you can do through e-mail services AND server file sharing can be done better using Central Desktop since it can interconnect different platforms and intranets.
