FAQ's
How does the mail-in service work?
When you sign-up with Pixily, you receive pre-paid envelopes (called Scanvelopes) in the mail. You then collect the paper documents (such as invoices, receipts, contracts) in the envelope and mail them to us at least once a month. When we receive the documents, we scan them into your account and notify you. You can search, view, organize, share and download these documents. Once we complete processing your paper documents, we can mail them back to you or securely shred them based on your choice.
How safe is my data?
Pixily has been designed from the ground up to provide customers with state-of-the-art security through every step of its document management process. Pixily performs a comprehensive security check on all employees, and tracks every document through the entire system. Pixily is Truste certified for Privacy and McAfee Secure certified for Web Security.
What kind of electronic documents can I store in Pixily?
You may upload or email documents of the following file types and formats:
