Pixily provides four easy ways to gather information:

Share and Collaborate with clients and partners through QuickBooks Integration

Share entire folders or individual documents with your clients, vendors, partners, employees, set permissions and track accesses. Any documents that you or your clients add to the folders are automatically kept updated. We automatically look-up clients' and vendors' email addresses from your Quickbooks contacts, to make it even more easy to share. Less emails, more sharing.

[11/13/2009]  I've been a Pixily user for around a month or so now. So far, I've enjoyed the service. There has been a few issues with my account (such as some of the documents not getting ocr'd) but whenever I have notifed them of my issues they have been very thorough and fairly quick in their response. I'm planning to use them to make my office go paperless... no more manual filing!

Pixily is Easy to Use

[11/11/2009]  I'm a customer of Pixily. I first started using it to scan in and save all of my personal paperwork. Then I started using it for old newspaper clippings and other personal things. Now I'm in the process of transitioning my small business to it. It's so easy, you just put the stuff in an envelope and then mail it in. That's it.

The software is extremely easy to use, and the process of receiving envelopes, mailing documents, and organizing the digitized documents could not be easier. We use this on a regular basis to cross reference payments, search for old documents, and help with tax preparation. It definitely saves our household a few hours a month, and much more around tax season.

FAQ's

How does the mail-in service work?

When you sign-up with Pixily, you receive pre-paid envelopes (called Scanvelopes) in the mail. You then collect the paper documents (such as invoices, receipts, contracts) in the envelope and mail them to us at least once a month. When we receive the documents, we scan them into your account and notify you. You can search, view, organize, share and download these documents. Once we complete processing your paper documents, we can mail them back to you or securely shred them based on your choice.

How safe is my data?

Pixily has been designed from the ground up to provide customers with state-of-the-art security through every step of its document management process. Pixily performs a comprehensive security check on all employees, and tracks every document through the entire system. Pixily is Truste certified for Privacy and McAfee Secure certified for Web Security.

What kind of electronic documents can I store in Pixily?

You may upload or email documents of the following file types and formats: 1. Adobe PDF 2. Microsoft Office Documents (.doc, .xls, .ppt, .docx, .xlsx). 3. Image File formats (.jpeg, .jpg,.png, .gif) 4. Fax file formats (.tiff) 5. Electronic receipts (HTML) 6. OpenOffice documents (.odt, .odg, .ods)

How does Pixily use my QuickBooks data?

When you securely share documents from your Pixily account, Pixily suggests (or auto-fills) the email addresses based on your customers and vendors data in your QuickBooks data.
