I tried Bill.com in one of our restaurants and now I am an advocate!
We are saving hours of employee time having managers scan all invoices into the Bill.com system, which integrates with our QB program and passes them on for corporate approvals!

Bill.com is a wonderful service that has allowed me to reduce my payable processing costs by at least 75%. I am now able to review and approve all bills electronically and schedule payments to coincide with vendor due dates. Bill.com seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks Online so that I never have to enter any payable or bill payment transactions into my accounting software. I would strongly recommend this service to anyone.
