Retrieve and Use the App on Multiple Platforms

If you are connected to the Internet at home, on the beach, or in a customer's office, you can run Cash Maximizer.

View total customer sales and payment history

You can quickly review a customer’s entire sales and payment history by clicking "go" in the calendar area. When you scroll over any part of the chart, a pop-up box highlights the date of the invoice, the total sale, and the “days to pay” (the time it took to receive payment from the invoice date).

Zoom in on specific sales-to-payment timeframes using drag-and-drop

For a closer inspection, highlight a specific sales-to-payment timeframe by clicking and holding down your mouse on a specific date, and then scroll and release the mouse button on a new date. The graph zooms in on the specified sales-payment period. When completed, click on the "reset zoom" button to return to the starting graph.

Assess your customer’s payment history

Are you concerned that a customer’s payments are arriving late? Click on the “Days to Pay” button, located in the legend, to track payment history.

Assess your customer’s sales volume history

Is your customer taking advantage of volume discounts? Click on the “Sales” button, located in the legend, to focus only on the volume and frequency of orders from the customer.
