Great Product
Really like the product. We had it up and running within one hour. I was looking for a product that could do inventory, service and customer management and did not like the idea of using three different products to do this. I was referred to Driven by my CPA and really like it so far.

Outstanding Value
Driven CRM has exceeded our expectations by far in terms of flexibility, ease of use and friendliness. It has far more functionality that any of the other Customer Relationship Management software we reviewed...including 'big' packages like Salesforce and others.
Given the power of this system, it is also a tremendous value compared to anything out there. We believe it is quickly going to allow us to eliminate most of our paper records while significantly improving our ability to file, retrieve and view important documents...not to mention greatly upgrade our ability to interact with customers.
I highly recommend this package.

After looking around for quite some time, I came across Driven CRM. I needed a system with an emphasis on QB integration as well as sales / vendor capabilities. Driven has it all and is very well integrate with QB. There are one or two features I would like to see in future releases, but overall it is a great crm system.

We have been using the DrivenCRM system now for about six months and have been very happy thus far. Setup was a piece of cake. Contract billing features automated all our monthly service contracts. Saved my guys a ton of time entering in cc payments. There a few things that we would like to see such as more robust field service features. However, all in all, it is a great product; especially for the price.

I was looking for a CRM system that was 1.) hosted 2.) easy to use 3.) affordable and 4.) integrated with QuickBooks. To my surprise, DrivenCRM not only met but exceeded my expectation. I was quite surprised how easy DrivenCRM is to learn and how quickly you can get DrivenCRM up and running. I would recommend DrivenCRM to any small business owner who needs a good CRM package that integrates with QuickBooks accounting software.

I've been a user of DrivenCRM for 2 months now, and Driven helped me get setup, provides full and on-going support, and has developed a great product in which helped my business sales, and associates keep track of our leads, and existing contracts and work orders.
After going thru 4 or 5 other CRM softwares, I found that DrivenCRM has the best compatibility with QuickBooks, and delivered the best CRM product that I've worked with.
DrivenCRM helped me configure the CRM software to my businesses needs, and excelled in their customer service. Thumbs up to the software developers of this program!
