Quality of support I called support and received a very timely response. Esther worked with me for over 1/2 hour and was able to solve a very complex problem. Knowing that this support is available increases my confidence in this software February 16, 2012

Ebility works well, but could work better I went to ebility when my former time tracker was discontinued. I missed the one button integration immediately. In addition, the sync did not always work, so I had to keep double checking the time entered to make sure it was all in before I billed clients. Several times the sync did not happen and I missed time when billing. I also missed the automatic reminder email that would go out reminding staff to enter their time if they were late. This is a more manual system. I decided to try some of the new features, including linking to outlook, which is automatic. Unfortunately, this caused my email to download to outlook even when it was turned off, and I lost my ability to check my emails on my droid unless I either turned my computer off, or left my email on the server. I had to figure out too many things, and change a lot of my procedures to make this work. February 1, 2012
Lost data I have been using this for about 4 weeks now and have had nothing but problems. We have lost data (hours). We have had trouble accessing the app on our phones. It would be nice to be able to pick what items from the imformation you want your employees to have access to. I run a construction company and I have both material and labor items and they all show up under service items,,,, which can make it time consuming locating the item you want. I think this is a good app for the desktop but not user friendly for the smartphone! Cancelled subscription!!!! February 1, 2012
Not quite ready for prime time The good is that the days of the week start with Sunday unlike the failed Intuit TimeTracker program which started on Monday and ran through Sunday. The biggest problem with eBillity is that the auto save feature might work...very inconsistent. The ability of only one user to upload and sync is very frustrating, especially in a networked environment...any user should be able to sync with the server. Sales people don't like it because when a new account is put into QuickBooks it seemingly takes days for that account to be uploaded during sync, rather than instantly, forcing the sales person to come back a second time and input their billing. The phone app has no sort features and seems to use some random order of billing so you can't follow order input over time. Back to the drawing board people. Faster to input it manually. Great support from Intuit. (Nice change.) January 27, 2012
Produce is great but customer service is lacking We have experience continued billing issues as well as customer service issues. Initially customer was the absolute worst ever. We did receive the 30 day free trial and it went south from there. Beware, ebility claims that intuit bills the service monthly and they will refer you to them but intuit claims ebility does the billing. You will also receive notices from intuit but they don't take responsibility for the email notices. Having been passed around like a hot potato I finally called the intuit ProAdvisor folks to help. We tried contacting ebility (3 way call) with no success - they don't answer an you get sucked into the phone system. January 25, 2012
