Seamless Export to QuickBooks Online & Desktop
Export employee expense reports into QuickBooks, eliminating manual entry and making sure employees are properly reimbursed. Setting up the integrations takes less than a few minutes. Once connected, you can synchronize your employees, clients and vendors, chart of accounts, classes, accounts payables, etc. ExpenseCloud even supports sending both reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses (typically corporate cards) from the same expense report into QuickBooks as separate entries.
Mobile Expense Applications
Choose from our iPhone, BlackBerry or Android mobile applications to log cash expenditures, snap pictures of receipts or edit existing expenses. Our mobile phone solution will allow you to edit existing expenses, like changing the merchant name, adding project information or adding a receipt image.
Track Billable QuickBook Customers & Jobs Per Expense
ExpenseCloud supports importing all QuickBooks's Customer & Jobs, allowing every employee to select these for each expense entry. Once exported, any billable expense in ExpenseCloud will be displayed as Billable in QuickBooks, enabling it ready for an invoice to be created.
Manage Online Approvals & Expense Policies
ExpenseCloud supports a multi-step, configurable approval process. Just enter in a valid email address of the approver and we'll notify them to log into their ExpenseCloud account to approve the expense report. We will also send a PDF copy of the report with the receipt images to approver. You can also create company- wide expense policies that will inform users when a report is in violation of the company policy.
Be Green and Eliminate Paper Receipts
Scan receipts, email them, or even snap a picture when using our mobile phone applications. Never have to worry about carrying a wad of receipts in your wallet again or taping receipts to a piece of paper, only to be faxed or mailed off.
Auto-Import Expenses From 11,000 Credit and Bank Cards
Choose from 11,000 credit and debit cards, securely downloaded every day. Best of all, our technology will categorized and display the expense properly for your expense report or client invoice. Users will be able to mark expenses as personal, rename, re-categorize, or add other data about the expense like Client ID, Attendees, Customer, Job, Tag, Notes & Mileage information.

Love this product!
We have used other expense systems but Expense Cloud is the easiest and most economical. It suits our needs perfectly! I love how intuitive it is so even "non-tech" people can figure it out. Also, when we had questions, the response from support was quick and accurate! I highly recommend this product over any others.

I have been using ExpenseCloud for six months and the productivity is fantastic. The ability to manage expenses and receipts from my computer or iPhone is essential. I am now submitting my expense reports directly into Quickbooks online and the time savings is outstanding.

We recently purchased Expense Cloud and I could not be happier. The application is user friendly, easy to use and intutiive. In addition to that if you ever have a probelm, issue or question, the team at Expense Cloud responds almost immediatley.

We are a very ?fine-tuned? company and do a lot of work for a small amount of employees. Things like expense reports are time consuming and frustrating for the employees here and Expense Cloud has been the perfect solution for this! It is easy to use, speeds up the entire report process and gets everybody on with life. From the accounting perspective, it has really benefited us as well. The fact that it imports the expenses into QuickBooks eliminates so many steps in our processes. And because it imports the transactions right from our company credit card, there are no entry errors, missed expenses, etc. The employees also love the BlackBerry/Android/iPhone apps. The customer support team at Expense Cloud has been great as we have been setting up our employees over the past few months. They answer questions quickly and are even extremely open to feedback for future updates. We are very happy to have stumbled upon this and would recommend it to anyone!

As a small business owner I prefer to take care of my customers, not manage my bookkeeping, unfortunately someone has to deal with it. In addition, my entire team procrastinates on doing their expense reports for similar reasons. We love our work, but hate the minutia.
We trialed Expense Cloud this past quarter and decided that this is the solution for us. Like others have said, we have seen an immediate ROI, and compliance has increase remarkably, including my own.
The part I really like is my impression of the company. I have had to ask for tech support a couple of times, once on the weekend. Not only have they been amazingly responsive, but also they treated me as if we try to treat our customers.
We are rolling this out to everyone this quarter.

Most of the guys on the v6 team work mobile and always have done and likely always will. We work in various places in the world on small, medium, large and MASSIVE projects and are kitted out to perform even when mobile.
Naturally being mobile means you gather a lot of, and have to process a lot of receipts; mileage claims and file for claims, reporting and audit trails.
Enter ExpenseCloud; an app for your browser, your iPhone, you Blackberry; or more recently your Android phone. And what an app it is. Dead easy to use and quick too; ad exactly what any mobile professional needs; after all expense claiming is not a billable activity!!

We chose ExpenseCloud and are really getting comfortable with their capabilities. Not only do they manage the corporate credit card expenses items (permission based) but they integrate with Tripit -which feeds our trip details and creates a natural grouping of expenses based on dates and event. They also integrate with QuickBooks allowing us to assign specific client account names/fields and quickly pushing my expense statements back to QuickBooks (including receipt images) for payments. This application, much like CapsuleCRM, had an immediate ROI for us. There is nothing I procrastinate more about than filing and submitting my expense reports. In the past, the time to scan the receipt, organize them, separate them and file, created a real drain on my time and energy. The features ExpenseCloud offers with email receipt submission, photo capture from your phone, and inserting cash expense line items via text or email? not to mention the intuitive nature of associating receipts with the expense item. It's a tool I can no longer live without!

- Is submitting and approving expense reports throughout my company really free?
- Currently, anyone in the company can sign up, submit or approve expense reports throughout the entire company for FREE. You will only need a paid subscription to export to QuickBooks or use some other premium features we offer.
- What kind of commitment am I making? Does it require any hardware/software?
- We offer both monthly and yearly plans. No setup fees or additional hardware/software is required. Just a computer with the most recent version of a leading web browser. (Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, or Apple Safari)
- How can I get my expenses into ExpenseCloud?
- For starters, expenses can be imported nightly through the 11,000 credit cards and bank cards we support. You can always manually add an expense from the website or from our Android, iPhone or Blackberry applications.
- Can I import my QuickBook Chart of Accounts into ExpenseCloud?
- Yes! ExpenseCloud allow you to import your existing Chart of Account expense categories. We even have a mapping tool where you can match ExpenseCloud categories with ones from QuckBooks. When you export the expense report to QuickBooks, the categories will be matched properly.
