1 Month In - Scheduler Stopped Working - Waiting for Support
I have been using Full Slate to schedule clients in my small diet clinic. I've really enjoyed it for the most part. Easy to use, easy to set up, reliable and accessible -- UNTIL IT BREAKS!
There are limited avenues for support. Though they offer a CHAT option, no agents were available when the site stopped working on 4/24 at 5 p.m. PST. I submitted a support request. I'll report back when/if they contact me and change my rating if they do a good job.
If you rely on this, and you NEED it to work, be careful. Not being able to call someone for something so critical is a big drawback in my opinion.

The import feature is nice and the scheduling is easy to use, but why don't they have a daily recurring feature. You can schedule weekly, monthly, yearly, but if you need to schedule appointments daily from date x to date y at the same time, you'll have to do it manually.

They have worked out the bugs and now I dont have to keep entering customers in both programs! The Full Slate Team was very helpful, even contacted us to see what our needs were. Love that it now syncs!

Full Slate does what it says it will (schedule appointments) and well. We have just started using Full Slate for our Racing School Business and have been impressed by their attention to customer needs and feedback. The team at Full Slate actually answers live calls and supports us in ways that is unparalleled. We have made suggestions and experienced real improvements to their product. I have been using it for about a week now. I love it! I am able to change and add services for people to make appoitments for. Clients are able to pick times and services and book with out talking to me first. So it is convenient for them and for me! They can pay upfront if they wish or if I require them to! The client info will sync with QuickBooks so I don't have to transfer it! There are a few little tweeks that could be made, but all in all...GREAT PRODUCT!!

- How will I know when someone makes an appointment online and how can I be sure the requested time is okay with me?
- Full Slate gives you total control over the days and times that are offered to clients online. When someone makes an appointment, you can get a text message on your cell phone right away, an email every time or once a day, or a simple summary when you log in. Plus, with our accept/decline feature, you can review each appointment request before it's confirmed with the client.
- Will Full Slate’s online scheduler work with my website?
- Yes, Full Slate's scheduling buttons and widget work virtually everywhere, including Homestead. Just copy and paste the code we give you into your website builder - it's like adding a YouTube video or Flickr slideshow. If you don’t have a website, we'll create a page for you at http://yourcompany.fullslate.com, and you can point your clients there to schedule appointments online.
- Does Full Slate sync with other calendars like Outlook, iCal and Google Calendar?
- You can download all your appointments from Full Slate into another calendar like Outlook, iCal or Google, and ‘subscribe’ to have changes downloaded automatically so your other calendar stays up-to-date. COMING SOON: Automatically import appointments from other calendars into Full Slate.
- How does Full Slate integrate with QuickBooks?
- When you sign up for Full Slate and choose a business profile that uses data from QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks for Windows, all of your existing customers are imported. Plus, client contact information is synced between Full Slate and QuickBooks so you don't have to do data entry twice!
Full Slate does not generate invoices for appointments at this time.
