This is service to is not even comparable with services like "ringcentral" or "metrofax." Its doesn't event have option for local area code

I've had issues with incoming faxes, so I would suggest not canceling any existing fax lines and giving it a try for few months, first.

Signed up for free, was able to receive 1 fax via email. but now when I try and fax out the program does'n recognize me. The fax number, account number, email or anything. it's like I didn't even sign up. Can't even log on.

ever since myFax bought Packetel things have improved however many kinks remain. Don't replace your existing fax for now.

signed up for the free trial and love it, problem now is i chose to keep it and neither myFax nor intuit have any record of my account existing. ?????????????

I am using Google Chrome as a browser and this program doesn't interact well with Google Chrome. I can attempt to send the fax 15 times and it will finally go through.. Frustrating to be sure.

Terrible Web Interface and no customer service. Using service through email is okay, but be careful replacing your old fax system with this - it is not reliable enough.

MyFax is the best price-value combination available for internet fax. I can literally send and receive faxes anywhere I have web access. With QuickBooks you just print to PDF and then attach via email using the recipient's fax number @myfax.com.
