It works OK
It took a few emails for me to get it to work. The program loads very slow.This may be because of our large customer list (5000 customers). The company access page locks up from time to time. The customer portal page is slow but does seem to work. It takes about 45 seconds to a minute to load their account. The payment option does not work with the Intuit payment solutions merchant services that we currently use for our Quickbooks credit card and GoPayment processing. You must sign up for a new bank processing provider in addition to the one you already use. I hope this software gets better. It is a really helpful tool to allow this access to our customers. It just needs to be more reliable and faster. I will update this review as we use this product.

I would like to be able to provide a better comment (can be I'll do) but till now in the last 1 week I couldn't even log in 1 time (always section expired error) and no answer to my email support request. Hope they are busy now and application will be great...one day

does not work at all- not even the demo. session expires error every time, cannot even get login to demo.

I had a similar experience as Ryan and was also quite frustrated. I emailed OfficeAnt and the following morning got a call from Simon. He explained that they had turned on monitoring and were watching the logs. He asked that I go though the steps to reproduce the error while he was on the phone. I had a list of 4 or 5 items that weren't working right so I was blown away when he and his team had them fixed less than 2 days later.
I'm not usually inclined to give 5 star reviews, especially for a product that had problems... but the customer service I got was so awesome that I think it's worthy. It's also worth mentioning that I didn't even have a paying subscription when the guys fixed all this for me.

Everytime I attempt to make an account, it fails and says there has been an internal error. When I click next on PayPal/Authorize.NET step.
