Cannot Even Use
Quickbooks Pro is a great and easy app for my computer, but it would be nice if Intuit could make this connect app for blackberry since i have several employees using them to process purchases of our products by customers from different locations.

Useless App
I've been tinkering with this for several months, Totally useless app, for ten bucks a month, all you can do is view current activity, No invoicing, inventory, payment received... NOTHING!! Nothing to work with if you are out of the store... A true connect app would allow one to operate the in-store QB Pro remotely.
It does not do as advertised.

DO NOT BUY THIS
This is horrible. I cannot believe Intuit would release this to the public. I don't think they are investing any more money in it because nothing ever improves. The problems with this service has so many problems I don't know where to start. I am going to Sales Force.

Search Item List
I have over 12,500 Items that I sell. Is there a way to search the items other than page by page. It would be nice if I could start typing in the item number and then the app finds what I am looking for. When I want to add an item that starts with a "W" it would take me forever to get there.

Decent app - until you need to edit an invoice
As a small company with less than three people using QB at a time, we decided to go with two full licenses and one mobile license, which I use most often. Logging into QB Connect and finding customer histories is simple enough, but it really is aggravating that an "edit invoice" feature is not available yet. Attempting to do so solicits a "Operation failed. There may be some issues with the data entered, please verify. Message From Server: p_txn_ln subsequent lines of tax are not allowed!" error message.
For as much effort as it took for us to get this all set up and deal with the bullying of QB employees in aggressively trying to upgrade, I'm disappointingly surprised that such a simple feature is not available.
It is, however, a helpful act when you need to create estimates or invoices away from the office or when the two full versions are in use.

Very Limited in Function
Cannot modify invoices once they are saved, cannot include sales tax. Needs some work and it could be a great app.

horrible
I am constantly on the phone with quickbooks trying to fix problems with the app. the most recent problem I am having is when my technician save an invoice it wont save. when I go to resync the invoice it doesnt resync and the whole invoice is lost. they do not know how to fix this problem. I am just fed up I spend more time on the phone with intuit than its worth.

Not compatible with QB Mac?!
How can you have a mobile app intended for iPhone or iPad and not create it to be compatible with the desktop version for Mac? I'm due to upgrade this year and really disappointed that I won't be able to record client payments and sync on the go.
