Postal Delivery by Neopost allows you to remotely print and post your documents from anywhere and from any device (tablet, smartphone or PC).
Connect your QuickBooks Online account to Postal Delivery in a few seconds. Postal Delivery will synchronize all your invoices and estimates. Select an invoice or estimate and click on “send” button. Select the mail options (color printing, return envelope,...) and then validate. You can attach documents to your invoices or estimates.
Click on “Send document”, load the document you want to send by Postal Delivery and click on Send button. Bulk mode available.
